![]() 2007 was a transition year and this car I believe was built Dec of 2006, so it's kind of a mixture of parts. Vag-Can Commander "5.5", is working with 5.5 and 2.5, cannot make it work with 1.4Įdit: Also, would I have a immo gen 4A or 4C? When I try to read channel 081 it always comes up as not there. I see the ECU is 07K 906 032 S, but reads as 07K 906 032 Q, would this be because it was flashed/updated at some point? This cars history is unknown to me.Ĭontrol Module Part Number: 07K 906 032 SĬomponent and/or Version: 2.5l R5/4V G 9652 Since trying to read the pin isn't working just doing an immo off/delete would be ok with me since this is just a project car to learn on. Either way, I would also like to learn how to remove DTCs, like post cat o2, instead of soldering up emulators. I have also tried reading the cluster with Vag Can Commander, Vag eeprom, but never get any communication to read the pin. I still am searching for a tool that can work with this ECU or cluster. I have a v18 cable and used v21 software, it was able to identify my ECU as a "crafter" but I am in the US and this is a 2007 VW Jetta, but the ECUs have the same P/N etc as far as I can tell. I am trying to do as much over OBD/CAN as possible, and I think I got a backup with MPPS. I was trying to get the immo code to program a new key I had cut. Would anyone be able to tell me if this backup of my ECU is good? I am new, and not sure if I got the dump correct.
